Today’s Scripture:
“Jacob said to Joseph, ‘God Almighty appeared to me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and there he blessed me.’”
—Genesis 48:3 (NIV)

In this verse, Jacob recalls a pivotal moment in his life when God appeared to him at Luz (Bethel) and blessed him. As he prepares to bless Joseph and his sons, Jacob reflects on God’s faithfulness and the promises given to him. This remembrance shapes the way he passes on blessings to the next generation.
Jacob’s reflection reminds us of the importance of remembering God’s faithfulness in our own lives.
