There are moments when life simply feels exhausting.

You may be carrying responsibilities, facing challenges, pursuing a calling, or trying to remain faithful when you don’t see the results you hoped for. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do—it’s finding the strength to keep going.

Paul understood this.

He faced opposition, hardship, disappointment, and moments of great loneliness. Yet when he looked back, he recognized something important: he wasn’t standing alone.

“The Lord stood with me and strengthened me.”

God didn’t promise Paul that the journey would be easy. He promised His presence.

And the same is true for you.

The strength you need today doesn’t have to come entirely from you. When you feel weary, God is there. When you feel discouraged, He is there. When you wonder if you have what it takes to finish what He has called you to do, He is there.

You don’t have to manufacture strength that you don’t have.

You can lean on the One who does.

Whatever God has placed before you today, take the next step knowing that He is standing with you.

Think about one area of your life where you feel tired or discouraged right now.

Instead of focusing on how much further you have to go, focus on the next faithful step.

Ask God to give you the endurance to keep moving forward and the wisdom to recognize His presence along the way.

You may not have strength for everything tomorrow will bring—but God will give you what you need for today.

Keep going. Keep trusting. Keep doing what God has called you to do with excellence and integrity.

You don’t have to finish the race in your own strength.

Father, thank You for never leaving me to face life’s battles alone. Just as You strengthened Paul, I know You will strengthen me today.

Give me endurance to keep moving forward when life becomes difficult. Help me remain faithful to the calling You’ve placed on my life and finish each task with excellence and integrity.

When I grow weary, remind me that You are standing beside me, giving me everything I need to persevere.

Help me trust Your strength when my own feels insufficient. Give me courage to take the next step and faith to keep going, even when the path ahead is difficult.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Don’t quit because you’re tired.

Take one step forward today in something God has called you to do—even if it’s a small one.

Before you begin, pause and pray:

“Lord, stand with me and strengthen me today.”

Then take the next step.

You don’t have to have the strength for the entire journey.

You just need to trust God for the strength to take the next step.
